VIBGYOR is pleased to announce a call for entries for its 2024 calendar on the theme of "Festivals of India." We are looking for high-quality photographs that capture the vibrant colors, unique traditions, and joyous spirit of Indian festivals.

India is a land of many festivals, each with its own unique significance and cultural heritage. From the colorful Holi festival to the spiritual Diwali festival, Indian festivals are a celebration of life, faith, and community.

​

We are looking for photographs that capture the essence of Indian festivals in all their glory. Your photos may depict the following:

• People celebrating festivals with their families and friends

• The food, music, and dance associated with festivals

• The traditional rituals and ceremonies performed during festivals

• The colorful decorations and festive atmosphere of festivals

 

We encourage photographers of all levels to submit their work. We are looking for creative and original photographs that tell the story of Indian festivals in a unique and engaging way.

 

Submission Guidelines

• All photographs must be in high resolution (at least 300 dpi) and in JPEG format only.

• Images must be in the horizontal orientation with an aspect ratio of 3:2

• No watermark nor any border should be present in the submitted file

• Each image file must be renamed as YourName_Mobile_Sl.No. For example,  Vibgyor_9920773284_01,  Vibgyor_9920773284_02, and so on. 

• Each photograph must be accompanied by a caption that includes the name of the festival, the location where the photo was taken, and any other relevant information.

• You can submit up to 10 photographs.

• You can submit up to 4 images covering one single festival.

• All images should be submitted vide the online submission form link only.

• Any image submitted without following the above-mentioned rules will be straightway discarded.

• There is no participation fee.

 

Deadline

• The deadline for photo submissions is 2nd October 2023.

• The image selection process will be completed by 1st November 2023

• Calendars will be printed by 25th November 2023

• All calendars will be distributed to Pan India by 30th November 2023

 

Incentives on Image Selection

• The selected photographs will be featured in the VIBGYOR 2024 calendar along with their details and social media handles.

• The photographer of the selected photographs will also receive 2 complimentary calendars from VIBGYOR, which will be couriered to his/her doorstep.

Terms and Conditions

• By submitting your photos, you agree to grant VIBGYOR the right to use them for any purpose related to the calendar, including publication, promotion, and marketing.

• You also agree that your photos are original and do not infringe on the copyright of any other person or entity.
