The best way to welcome the New Year 2020 is to get lost amidst the nature full of avian. VIBGYOR invites all bird photography enthusiasts to join us for the first bird photography session of this season in Navi Mumbai.

 

Event Details Name: Bird Photowalk -3 Genre: Bird Photography Session Date: Saturday, 1st February 2020 Time: 4:30pm onwards Venue: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai (Detail location will be shared only to registered participants across email)

Registration Fee: 200 INR/participant

 Rules & Regulations:

· Only registered participants will be allowed to participate.

· No refund for cancellation.

· Tamron lenses will be limited, and participants need to share them among all other fellow participants.

· For registration, please follow the registration procedure mentioned below.

· Participants must bring their own camera and lenses.

· Participants must reach the venue on or before 15 minutes prior to the start. 

· Please do not wear bright clothes. It gets easily noticed by the birds and that may trouble the entire group.

· Wear sturdy pair of shoes

· Participants must cooperate with the organizer.

· After the event, each participant must send the photographs taken during this session across mail. Please follow the image sending rules mentioned below. 

· Last date to mail the photographs is 15th February 2020, 23:59 hrs.

· Authors of each photograph mailed will retain the copyright, however, the organizers may utilize the same for any further requirement, along with the due photo credit to the author.

Image Sending Guidelines:

· Each participant must send minimum 10 images.

· The images should not have any watermark on it.

· The images should not be compressed.

· Excessive post processing of images is not preferred, however, basic editing like colour correction and cropping is allowed.

· Rename the files as “<Name>_Mobile_Sl.No.”, and mail them to vibgyorfob@gmail.com. For example, participant Rakesh Iyer with mobile number 9898965656 will send the files renamed as Rakesh Iyer_9898965656_01 & Rakesh Iyer_9898965656_02. 

· Files may be mailed, or we transfer, or google drive share

· Last date to mail the photographs is 15th February 2020, 23:59 hrs.
