Detailed Itinerary

• Leave from NMMC, Belapur on Saturday, 11thFeb 2023 at 12 noon sharp.

• Reach Bhigwan guest house by 5 PM

• Rooms will be 3-sharing

• Get fresh and leave for night photography (birding)

• Return to guest house by 10 PM

• Day-2, on 12th Feb 2023, leave guest house by 6:00 AM

• 4-sharing boats are booked for 2 hours for birding experience, starting from 7 AM

• Return guest house by 10 AM

• Leave from guest house by 11 AM

• Reach NMMC Belapur by 4 PM

Registration fee includes

· Guest House stay with 3 sharing arrangement

· Boat ride on Day-2 with 4 sharing arrangement for 2 hours

· Guide charges for day and night for specified time frame of birding

· Dinner on Day-1

· Breakfast and Lunch on Day-2

Registration Fee excludes

· Commute. This needs to be shared as per actuals (fuel, toll, and driver)

· Additional timing of birding to be paid if opted for

· Medicines if required in the tour

T&C

· Limited seats, and to be registered only with 100% prior payment.

· Seats once booked cannot be cancelled. However, you may transfer the same to another adult.

· Registrations of female photographers need additional attention, as we can confirm the booking only once we have a count of 3 or multiple, to avoid any discomfort in room sharing.

· Please note, the guest house and facilities may not match the city life standards, so participants must not get dragged away, and change focus of birding goals.

· We expect cooperation from all participants to make this initiative memorable for all.

· During the boat ride, changing of seats are strictly prohibited.

· Make sure you are not wearing vibrant colours during this tour, especially during birding. In such a case, we may have to restrict you from boarding the boat. In that case, make sure you discuss with our team officials to choose suitable apparels.

• Warm clothes, it may get bit chill that early morning.
