Code of Conduct for the Photo Walk

· Only registered participants will be allowed to participate in the event.

· Registration is confirmed over mail.

· Last date of registration is 7th Feb’2020.

· Organizers are not responsible for any loss of the belongings of the participants during the event.

· Participants must bring their own camera and camera accessories.  

· Smoking and Drinking alcohol during the Photo-walk is strictly prohibited. 

· Respect for the natural reserve and its inhabitants. Do Not Litter, Participants are   requested to carry the waste back to the city and dispose it off in dustbins.

· Participants must carry their own drinking water, umbrella, medicines (if required).

· VIBGYOR events are very punctual and they run sharp on time. Request you to reach the meeting point 15min prior to the starting time.

· VIBGYOR is not liable in any way whatsoever for any injury or loss (including any indirect or consequential loss) of any kind to person or property suffered by any participant whether by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent.

· After the event, participants must submit at least 10 images taken in the workshop for our internal review and follow up. Please read the image submission guidelines carefully before submitting the images.

· The author of the photographs submitted will retain their copyright. However, VIBGYOR/Canon may use the photograph(s) for internal promotion with due credit to its author.
