Fashion Photography Workshop-1

After a long gap, all initiatives being kept on hold due to COVID situation, it’s time where we have managed to gather a little bit of courage to make a baby step towards organising a workshop. However, since the red alert is still ongoing, we have made very strict norms of safety for conducting this workshop after this prolonged gap.

We hereby welcome you to the first session of Fashion Photography Workshop series, in association with Godox India, and supported by Phoenix Marketcity Kurla, Mumbai.

Who should join?

· Exclusively for DSLR users. We recommend Mobile Users not to opt for this session. They may not utilize all the opportunities arranged for the participants.

· One who is keen to click Fashion Portraits

· One who is looking forward to face the challenge to click live models.

Rules & Regulations

· Seats are limited, so it is advised to first confirm availability of the seat. You may call/whatsapp 9920773284 to confirm the same.

· Prior registration is mandatory.

· Once registered, there will be no refund if cancelled.

· Reserved seats cannot be transformed to another person.

· One may opt for any of the 2 batches, or both.

· Security deposit is fixed 2000 INR per participant, irrespective of how many batches he/she opts to join.

· Each batch will have at least 2 models with 1 look of each model.

· Participants must carry their own camera and accessories.

· Participant should restrain from taking photographs/selfies with the models, unless otherwise VIBGYOR team permits to.

· All participants are expected to pay all due respect to the crew, model, organizer team and the owner of the property.

· No one should litter the shooting location.

· No one is allowed to leave the premises, for whatsoever reason, across the shooting tenure.

· Post the session, please follow the guidelines for the photographs clicked during the session. Any violation for the same may lead to unpleasant dispute. Registration Fee Excludes

· Any meal/drinking water

· Your commute.

· Medicines if any required.

· Any COVID related tests if required

COVID 19 PROTOCOL

· Only participants with valid certificate of 2nddose of COVID Vaccine will be allowed inside the mall premises.

· During the session, social distancing is mandatory. This is why we are allowing only 4 people at a venue where 10,000 can be accommodated.

· Wearing the mask across the session is a mandate.

Strict Photograph Sharing Guidelines

Please note, we strongly believe that the participants clicking the photographs in the session are the sole owner of the photo. However, we would also like the participants to realize that VIBGYOR has taken a lot of effort to arrange the photograph for you. Hence, we would like you to kindly read the instructions very carefully:

1. None of the photographs shall be exchanged anywhere for any commercial transaction, irrespective of any circumstances.

2. None of the images clicked shall be used in personal portfolio, branding, or brochure, especially when that document/file is shared to a client as a reference for any professional work.

3. At least 50% of the clicked shots must be edited and shared with VIBGYOR on or before 10th October 2021.

4. Unless images are shared with VIBGYOR, participants are not allowed to share images across social media platform.

5. None of the images are to be shared on social media platform, unless otherwise VIBGYOR, the model in photograph, Phoenix Marketcity Kurla, and Godox India are tagged in that post. A common text as mentioned below must be used for any social media Post appropriately, along with any other additional text as thought of.

6. Common text mandatorily to be mentioned along with each photo (whether posted single or in an album) for Instagram:

8. Model details and their respective social media handles will be shared across email after the event.

9. Apart from social media tagging, none of the photographs should be personally shared to any of the models directly. It must be routed through the organizer (VIBGYOR) mandatorily.

10. Any of the photograph, if intended to submit for any photo contest/exhibition/photography salon, VIBGYOR has to be intimated in prior notice across mail (vibgyorfob@gmail.com). Formal mail response from VIBGYOR is to be considered as an approval, and nothing else.

11. Photographs shared to VIBGYOR may be used by VIBGYOR for internal promotional purpose, with due credits to the photographer.

12. A security refundable deposit of 2000 INR per participant will be charged. The amount will be refunded to the participant on or before 26th October 2021.

13. Security deposit will not be refunded if any of the above points are found to be violated.

Photo Submission Guidelines:

· The images should not have any watermark/border on it.

· The images should not be compressed. Allow maximum size as much possible.

· Excessive post processing of images is not preferred, however, basic editing like colour correction and cropping is allowed.

· Rename the files as “<Name>_Mobile_Sl.No.”, and mail them to vibgyorfob@gmail.com. For example, participant Rakesh Iyer with mobile number 9898965656 will send the files renamed as Rakesh Iyer_9898965656_01 & Rakesh Iyer_9898965656_02.

· Files may be mailed, or we transfer, or google drive share

· Last date to mail the photographs is 10th October 2021, 23:59 hrs.

· We recommend not to wait for the last day for submission, as we will not be able to accept any excuses at the last hour, whatsoever it may be. Please understand, we have prior commitments to the other stake holders too.

Registration Procedure:

· First pay the registration fee as actual and the security deposit of 2000 INR in addition

· Register at www.infovibgyor.com.

· Receive a confirmation mail within 48 working hours
