• Since there is no registration fee, any      expenses at source may be bourne by the participants himself/herself.
• Wearing the face mask is mandatory.      Else you may be penalized at the venue by the sports organizer.
• Do carry light baggage for your own benefit.
• Security of belongings is      self-responsibility of the participants. VIBGYOR will not be responsible      for any loss of the belongings.
• Reaching the meeting point is at      participant’s arrangement.

Suggestions to Participants

· Charge your camera battery from home.

· If possible, carry extra charged camera batteries.

· Carry absolutely empty memory cards.

· Carry telephoto lens with camera body.

· Keep your settings ready for sports photography.

· Do not opt for too much multi shots. That exhausts batteries faster.

· Be patient, and focussed.

· If you are confident with your post processing, shoot only in RAW to secure memory space.
