Photoshoot-Exclusively for Kids

Age Group: Upto 6 years only as on the event date

Date: Sunday, 23rd April 2023

Time 11:00 AM onwards

Venue: EuroKids, 1st floor, Kavya Residency, Ghodbunder Rd, Anand Nagar, Thane West

Fees: 199 INR per kid (T&C Apply)

Deliverables included in 199 INR Package:

· 2 changes/dresses per kid is allowed

· Studio set up at the Eurokids Centre, Anand Nagar, Thane

· Props for studio set up (kid’s prop is not a part of this)

· Minimum 10 unedited low resolution images of each change/dress (total minimum 20 images with watermark) will be shared to the parents across mail by 7th May 2023.

· Parents have to select 5 images from the shared 20 images and mail back to us.

· The selected 5 images will be edited and High Resolution soft copy (without watermark) will be shared to the parents by 7 days from their response.

Exclusion in the 199 INR Package:

· Make-up/dress for the kids

· Props for the kids

· Any refreshment

Add-ons parents may opt for at the venue (Chargeable):

· Additional clicks/dress code for the same kid

· Hard copy prints of selected images

· Merchandize (Mug cups/album/tee shirt/photoframes…etc)

· Family Photo

T&C:

· Registration is compulsory. Online registration form is available at www.infovibgyor.com/initiatives

· Only registered candidates are allowed to join the photoshoot.

· Photoshoot serial number will follow the same order of the registration form.

· Tentative slots will be informed to each parent as per this order. Parents are required to reach the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the time slot given to them.

· Parents must come with their child ready for the first dress/look. Any touch up required may be done at the venue.

· Please make sure you carry your child’s second dress also along with you. However, in case if you wish to continue with one single dress, number of images and deliverables will match the count offered in the package.

· Once the first dress shoot is over in order, the second dress shoot will start again in the same order. During this time, parents are required to be patient and stay stationed at the venue. Eurokids will engage in fun games with your kids to allow him/her gel well with the photo session. Please note this is very important for the photographer to get a good shot.

· Please try to schedule your kids to wake up by 8 AM on the shoot day, so that, during the shoot, they look fresh and energetic.

· Be careful with your child’s health. Else, they may get cranky with the photoshoot.

· Any child who starts crying for some unknown reason, we will request the parents to calm and console them, and then, we will take the session. Meanwhile, we will carry on with the next name/kid.

· Please be polite and cooperative. Kid’s photoshoot is always very sensitive and tender. Do not hurry, make sure you create and secure a good mood of your child to smile at our call.

· For any add-ons, payments to be made on spot as per actuals. The rates of the same will be shared across a mail on 21st April 2023, when the final slots will be informed.

Image Submission Type:

· All watermarked images will be sent with a serial number code. You need to just reply us back with the selected code numbers.

· Final images will be in JPEG format of 300 dpi and without and watermark.

· First pay the fees. Payment options are mentioned below. You may opt for any one

· Visit www.infovibgyor.com/initiatives and fill the online form. Make sure you mention the transaction DI properly, else, the registrations will not be tracked, and will be cancelled.

· Our back end team will verify the payment and confirm your registration in the next 48 hours.

· Final slots will be confirmed on 21st April 2023

· Registration form will be closed once the seats are full
