Open Group (For 18+ and above)

Since we also like to indulge the child within all the adults as well, we have kept an open group for this initiative. Eligibility of this group will be above 18 years old. There will be no participation fee for this open group, any participation certificates, or prizes. But will provide a drawing sheet to fill it with their imagination. Prior registration is not required; this group will allow spot registrations. The parents or the guardians who bring their ward for the competition are also eligible to join for the open group painting session.

T&C

· Registration is compulsory for Group A, B and C. Please opt any of the options for registration, but the registration is mandatory.

· In case on the date of the competition, there are less number of participants in one group, the organisers may club the groups to maintain the sanity of the competition in its true sense.

· Participants must carry their own drawing board, pencils, erasers, colours, paints, brushes, etc.

· Drawing sheets will be provided on spot.

· Drawing sheet will be of normal cartridge paper of usual size.

· Participants may opt medium either or of Pastel Colours, Water Colours, Acrylic Colours, Pencil Colours, and Sketch Pens.

· All participants must report on or before 10:30am

· Sitting arrangement will be on floor, no table chair arrangement will be provided.

· Topics will be shared on spot, as per age group, at 11:25 AM.

· Competition will start sharp by 11:30 am.

· Competition will end sharp at 1pm.

· There will be no extra time to be offered to any participant, even if he/she arrives late.

· All participants must stay back at the venue for prize distribution.

· Prize distribution ceremony will be held at the same venue by 2:00pm.

· Please note there is no prize, gifts, and certificates for the open group participants.
