We at VIBGYOR is hereby inviting you all to join us for celebrating the occasion of World Photography Day 2022, across all the 3 cities of our presence, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Hyderabad. This Tri-City Photo Walk has been planned with a very unique concept of doing a photo walk inside an active city marketplace. Yes, indeed challenging, and all this excitement is offered with FREE registration and fabulous prizes. Please read the details as below:

Time: 7 AM till 10 AM

Reporting Time: 6:50 AM

Registration Fee: FREE (Refundable security deposit of 100 INR to be paid before registration)

Prizes

We have prizes for all 3 cities:

· One Winner from each City will receive CASH PRIZE and Momento

· Two Runner Up(s) from each city will receive Momento

T&C

· Prior registration is mandatory.

· Only registered participants will be allowed to join.

· There is no privilege of spot registration. Registration will be confirmed only after payment of the refundable security deposit.

· Once registered, there will be no cancellation.

· You must reach the meeting point latest by 6:45AM

· Consumption of alcohol/cigarette at the venue is strictly prohibited during the walk.

· Make sure you do not litter.

· Cooperate with other fellow participants

· Do not indulge in any argument or hassle with shopkeepers or passerby/pedestrians

· Cooperation with the organizers is required.

· After the walk, participants may share their best images clicked during this walk to participate in the contest.

· Image submission guidelines may be followed.

Image submission guidelines

· The files must be renamed as NAME_MOB_SL.NO

· One participant may send maximum 5 images to participate.

· Images should be in JPEG format only

· Image should not have any watermark or border

· File size may be restrained to 1MB to 5MB preferably

· Files to be mailed to vibgyorfob@gmail.com latest by 28thAugust 2022.

· Drive folder links is shared must be kept with option for ANYONE CAN EDIT

· A bottle of drinking water

Things NOT to Carry

· Any sharp object

· Heavy back pack

· Tripod

· Flammable objects

Registration Procedure

1. Pay the security deposit amount. Payment options are given below to choose from.

2. After successful payment, visit www.infovibgyor.com/initiatives and fill the online form

3. We will check the payment and confirm the registration within 48 working hours

Refund of Security Deposit

The paid 100 INR security deposit will be refunded once the following protocols are maintained:

1. Reaching the meeting point latest by 6:45 AM on 21st August 2022

2. Ending the walk and meeting for the group image again at the same meeting point at 9:30 AM

3. Refund will be initiated within 25thAugust 2022

In case if either of the above Point #1&2 is not fulfilled, the security deposit will not get refunded to the participant.
